Glenn Chilton

President & CEO

Glenn is an accomplished strategic planner who brings a balance of vision and pragmatism to the corner office. Passionate about developing new ideas, methodologies and integrated communications solutions that help deliver breakthrough business results for kenna clients, Glenn was formerly Chief North American Strategy Officer for J. Walter Thompson’s direct and interactive group. He was a founding partner of Go Direct Marketing which grew into Canada's largest independent direct marketing agency before being acquired by JWT.

Paul Quigley

Chief Operating Officer

For over 25 years, Paul has delivered sales and marketing automation solutions to Fortune 500 companies. As COO at kenna, Paul’s focus is on building and enriching our Managed Solutions and Platform Marketing offering. Obsessed with driving out costs and inefficiencies through marketing automation and process improvement, Paul has helped organizations in many key sectors such as Insurance, Automotive, Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Telecommunications and Retail to build better relationships with their customers, streamline marketing and sales operations, and deliver better bottom lines.

Stephen Shaw

Chief Strategy Officer

Stephen is a recognized authority on the topics of database and relationship marketing, with expertise spanning information technology, customer analytics and customer management strategy. Over the years he has worked with major clients in almost every business sector, including a long consulting engagement with Bell Canada’s consumer marketing group. Stephen is a regular contributor to Direct Marketing News and has also written for Marketing and Strategy magazines and MarketingProfs.com.

Jeffrey Bowles

As a founder of the company that has evolved into kenna, Jeff understands the entrepreneurial spirit necessary to drive success. He brings his ‘everything matters’ attitude to all business relationships, using meticulous attention to detail to work with clients in achieving ever higher levels of growth and profitability. Jeff’s vision has always included perspective on the new technologies, applications and tools that enable his clients to go beyond their customer management goals.

Leslie Kross

Senior Vice President, Client Development

Leslie has an extensive background in relationship marketing and marketing integration, with a particular focus on customer loyalty, acquisition and retention programs. A passionate professional with experience in all facets of one-to-one communications, Leslie combines her experience and leadership skills to build solid relationships with both internal and external partners. During her successful 20-year career, Leslie has played an integral role in planning impactful, integrated marketing programs for clients including Ford, Petro-Canada, Citibank and Labatt Breweries.

Laura Pacey

Senior Vice President, Operations

Laura is a seasoned marketing professional with over 25 years experience. Spanning both client and agency environments, she brings a truly unique, client-centric sensitivity to her role. Laura led the General Motors direct, CRM and digital business for over 9 years. For the past 5 years, Laura has shifted into an Operations/General Management capacity, leveraging her direct client experiences to shape and influence operational processes that are soundly aligned with the client’s need for effective and efficient delivery of their marketing programs and solutions.

With more than 20 years in the industry, he has parlayed his skills and experience into strategic leadership, brand stewardship and award-winning campaigns—all while retaining a passion for developing innovative and cutting-edge creative solutions. Brian has had the privilege to work with such prestigious partners as Pfizer, Rogers, Ford, CIBC, Scotiabank, Citibank, RBC, Jaguar, Land Rover, Kraft, SIRIUS, BP, Smucker’s, NIKE, OLG, Microsoft, Xbox, Coca-Cola and Diageo.
